I just wanted to update you on a few things:
1. Our class did an excellent job on the test. I am so proud of each and every one of them!
2. Our class WON the 5th Grade Character Council Award for Respect. WOOOHHHOOOO!!!
3. Your student will be set home with Book Order Forms. If you are interested, order forms are due 9-21-12. Checks need to be made out to the school.

I hope that the first month of school has not been too stressful for you or your children. Our first test is coming up Monday September 3, 2012. Students will have a study guide completed this Wednesday, so they will have plenty of time to study!
Your students have made a seamless transition from elementary to middle school! Make sure to tell them how proud you are of them! They have worked very hard!
